Apply now! The position As a Project Manager, you will:
  • Join projects either in the Due Diligence phase or as part of a longer Integration project. The Project Manager will be responsible for own deliverables, however, in collaboration with Senior roles in the team.
  • Take the agreed Integration Strategy (Operating model) and build an actionable plan, and drive the integration towards timely execution of this plan.
  • Communicate and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders globally, and informally make an impact for the better of the project.
  • Be responsible for tracking and reporting progress on the integration activities to the integration team, the IMO, the NN project and to relevant governance bodies.
  • Ensure to identify, track and document risks during the integration project.
  • Manage part of the project, depending on the size, however, will also ensure to deliver on some of the IT related tasks.
  • Qualifications As an ideal candidate you have:
  • A master’s degree in Business, IT or another relevant field
  • 2-5 years of experience from M&A Integrations in large corporations or as a consultant
  • Deep knowledge in various Project Management techniques, and you understand the importance of flexibility and change management to succeed with your ideas and to deliver on the project plan
  • A sense of urgency and understand the field between commercial and IT priorities
  • On a personal level you are a team player and can build relationships with colleagues and stakeholders on all levels of an organisation. You can work independently and thrive in a busy and global environment where priorities change, and fast decisions are needed to move on. Success in this role requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build credibility and engage stakeholders at all levels. About the department The position is based in Global IT Operations, DD&IT, an area with ~450 employees distributed across more than 25 countries, managing our infrastructure operations and digital workplace services. The Core M&A Team in GITO, is a team of ~10 highly skilled and dedicated people, responsible for ensuring successful Due Diligence and Integration projects within DD&IT.
