Would you like to lead the charge in a fast-paced production environment? We're seeking an ambitious, people-minded Associate Manager to help us secure output of clinical products and produce new products for the global market. Are you up for the challenge? The Position As our new Associate Manager for our Isolator department, you will head up our Process Support with 17 dedicated employees. You will lead the team by providing clear direction and conduct daily performance board meetings to ensure appropriate prioritization and coordination within the team. The main tasks will be to:
  • Use efficient planning and stakeholder alignment to optimize production stability and efficiency
  • Foster individual and team development to enhance performance and engagement
  • Collaborate with department management and provide quality issue feedback
  • Drive a lean mindset where continuous improvement is key
    • Qualifications To succeed in this role, you:
  • Hold a master’s degree in engineering or natural science or similar
  • Have min. 3 years of leadership experience in a production environment
  • Preferably have experience from pharma industry
  • Are fluent in Danish.

About the Department Our current manager has taken up new exiting career opportunities in Novo Nordisk. So, we are looking for a manager in our Isolator department to head up our Process Support with 17 dedicated employees. The team is responsible for providing excellent support to production team operating 24-7 all days of the week and drive continues improvement of our way of working. It is the team’s responsibility is to ensure that the department always comply with regulations and optimize our ways of working. You will report directly to our Director for Isolator Filling and be a trusted part of the departmental management team.
