Strategic Finance & Productivity Insights is part of Product Supply, Quality & IT (PSQIT Finance) and consist of approx. 6 colleagues. The team acquires a unique understanding of productivity data and the process of generating business insights by bringing productivity data forward and enabling line of business to better understand what is driving productivity.Our ambition is that the team will consist of talents with diverse competences and backgrounds from fields such as finance, business development, as well as understanding and experience from our production and manufacturing processes.The position
As a Productivity Partner you will play a key role in defining, developing and implementing productivity frameworks in collaboration with the business support functions across Product Supply, including creating transparency on productivity drivers.The responsibilities include:Collaborating with different specialist to understand and develop the potential of data usage for process improvements and reporting Establishing data foundations in relevant formats and systems Identifying productivity and unit cost drivers Increasing data availability and transparency to establish the foundation for data-driven decision making The role reports to Director of Strategic Finance & Productivity Insights and it is based in Bagsværd HQ.Qualifications
Our ideal candidate possess:Master’s degree in a relevant engineering field, finance, IT/automation, computer science or similar Good theoretical grounding in basic statistics, scenarios analysis, production economy and experience of working with data systems Understanding of business intelligence, production economy, project management Analytical and logical mindset Proficiency in written and spoken English Additionally, experience with data tools like Alteryx/Tableau/PowerBI is an advantage but not a requirement. You preferably understand manufacturing execution systems such as SAP.As a person, you are a go-getter with a ‘can do’ mind-set and see yourself as a fast learner with a solution and service-oriented mind set. Great interpersonal skills are a must since the job will include considerable interaction with stakeholders and specialists.
