The position
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be recruitment responsible for a specific business area where you are expected to: Drive high complex recruitments from specialist to senior levels. Most of the recruitments in R&ED are often characterised by high complexity and scarce candidate pools all requiring a high degree of perseverance and outside-the-box thinking. Challenge and guide the hiring managers and other relevant stakeholders to drive a smooth recruitment process that is aligned with the Novo Nordisk Way and our diversity and inclusion principles. Proactively and continuously work with your recruitment team consisting of a sourcer and admin ultimately ensuring a good process plan and efficiency throughout the recruitment process. Through your recruitment stakeholder landscape, identify and support on agreed strategic TA opportunities relevant within your given area. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree within HR, business administration, occupational psychology, communication or similar. Extensive recruitment experience where you have typically handled 60+ hires per year. Any recruitment experience within R&ED or similar high complexity roles is highly advantageous. Fluency in written and oral English.

You will be joining Talent Acquisition DK, a team of approximately 80 recruiters (and still growing). Together we support Novo Nordisk in Denmark with around 8,500 end-to-end recruitments annually. We have our primary base in Bagsværd, but we spend a lot of time at the different sites primarily Måløv, depending on the assigned area.
