If so, you could be our new Associate Manager in Injectable Finished Products based in Bagsvaerd. Apply today! The position As an Associate Manager, you will be responsible for about 20 dedicated employees who work on shifts (day, evening, and weekend shift). The team is responsible for inspecting produced insulin units and ensuring that they meet the applicable quality requirements before packaging and release to patients. Your core responsibilities: • Set a clear direction for the team and carry out the daily board meetings with a focus on performance and planning. • Ensure stable production through effective planning in the team and across the other two inspection teams. • Develop the team's performance, engagement, and skills so that we can deliver today and be well-equipped for the future. • Collaborate with other leaders in Inspection and other departments in the value chain. • Drive ongoing improvements in the handling of the team's tasks. You will report directly to the Director in the Inspection Department and be part of the management team, which in addition to you, consists of four other team leaders. Qualifications To succeed in this position, you have: • 2-4 years of a leadership experience in the production environment • Experience from the pharmaceutical industry would be an advantage but is not a prerequisite for success. • Good strategic thinking and stakeholder management skills • Communicate fluently in English and Danish Moreover, you are a development-oriented leader, who promotes a culture where people constantly develop, and where diversity translates into strong solutions and well-being. The department You will work at Novo Nordisk's production facility in Bagsværd, where 50 leaders and 750 employees work around the clock to produce high-quality insulin.
