And are you ready to take lead in delivering world class financial support across our global business units? Then you might be our new Finance Business Partner in Novo Nordisk Quality (NNQ).
The department
The Business Partnering team is anchored in ‘Quality Business Support’ that delivers support within finance, communication, and strategy to the Novo Nordisk Quality organisation of +2500 employees globally. We are a highly engaged team based in Novo Nordisk headquarters in Bagsværd and we serve +50 quality units across the entire Novo Nordisk value chain.
The position
As a Finance Business Partner, you will be serving ‘your own’ senior stakeholders with budgeting, controlling, various financial analyses and strategic sparring. Furthermore, you will drive essential financial processes and contribute to generating important financial/strategic insights to Novo Nordisk Quality management.

The position
As a Finance Business Partner, you will be serving ‘your own’ senior stakeholders with budgeting, controlling, various financial analyses and strategic sparring. Furthermore, you will drive essential financial processes and contribute to generating important financial/strategic insights to Novo Nordisk Quality management.
To succeed and thrive in this role, you:
- You have a solid financial background e.g., HD, MSc. Finance/Economics, cand.merc., cand.oecon. or similar.
- You have strong financial understanding and 2+ years of experience within a financial role (advantage if experience as controller/finance partner already)
- You are great at stakeholder management and have excellent communication skills.
- You are an experienced user of Excel and PowerPoint. Experience in SAP and business intelligence solutions, such as Tableau or PowerBI will be an advantage.
- Enjoy challenging status quo in a positive and curious manner.
- Plan ahead, are proactive, and foresee future needs from our internal customers in line of business.
- Balance your focus between a need for structure and details and the need for having an overview
