Do you want to use your strong quality mind-set and great interpersonal skills to make a difference within Quality Assurance (QA)? If so, we have a challenging job opportunity in Injectable Finished Products (IFP) QA that would fit you. The position Your key responsibility is, together with your team of 16 colleagues, to ensure the products we release as QP Delegates, lives up to the applicable quality and regulatory requirements. You will participate in problem solving together with our colleagues in production, where we are present every day to secure QA oversight. As a QA professional, you will play a central role where you need to make decisions and set directions for Quality. This demands good collaboration and time management skills, and a solution-oriented approach when collaborating with colleagues both in production and QA. We have a collaborative working environment with a desire and a will to solve challenges through open and honest dialogue. We are looking for two new colleagues to join our team for a maternity cover – hopefully you will be able to start already 1st of December 2023. Qualifications We seek a colleague who fits in with the team both professionally and personally. As a person you are open, honest, responsible, and inclusive towards your colleagues in both QA and production. You enjoy working in a dynamic environment with firm deadlines, where you take responsibility and take action, including having you own projects and perform individually. In addition, we expect: You have a master’s degree in pharmacy or equivalent education (for example MSc. Chem Eng or MSc. Biology). It is an advantage if you have experience with QA, batch release, aseptic production and GMP production. Furthermore, it is important to have the right quality mindset, and be adaptable, curious and a strong will to learn. Most importantly, you share our passion for quality, problem solving and LEAN and you are keen to acquire professional competencies and learn the tricks of the trade. You dare to challenge us in our way of working and you have a desire to take initiative as well as being responsible for your own learning. As a person you are proactive, ambitious, and ready to be part of our on-going effort to improve our high standards, including ensuring that new ways of working are implemented smoothly and finding the right root causes to problems. You want to live this team spirit of ours and have great interpersonal skills as we rely on collaboration and trust. Lastly, we operate in an international company and the position therefore requires proficiency in English and Danish. About the department At IFP QA BA in Bagsværd we are responsible for quality assurance and compliance in the aseptic production of diabetes and obesity products. Our uniqueness is to ensure a high level of quality assurance of a broad portfolio: from the production of insulin to the newest products and technologies coming into production. IFP QA BA consists of more than 50 dedicated and engaged employees who are divided into four different teams – Operations, AP release, QA release and Project team. It is our responsibility to ensure that documentation meets regulatory requirements as well as the requirements of the quality system of Novo Nordisk. Our mission is to provide the Highest Quality for Patients. To achieve this, we ensure a high level of quality basis in close cooperation with production, whilst having a key function in releasing the Novo Nordisk Diabetes and Obesity products to the market.
