What’s the role about? As IT Sourcing Manager you will be involved in driving various sourcing projects and activities together with different groups of IT management and specialists in Novo Nordisk.
Key responsibilities include
• Manage contracts, vendors, assets, finances, and data analysis
• Conduct negotiations with vendors for effective partnerships
• Establish, implement, and follow internal governance processes for IT contracts, vendors, and assets
• Interact successfully with diverse stakeholders, including management, non-IT individuals, and IT specialists
• Navigate complex tasks, requiring structured problem-solving, flexibility, independence, and drive Candidate profile
For this position, we hope to get a candidate onboard who can tick off most of the following requirements:
• Master’s degree in business administration, engineering, computer science, or economics
• Demonstrate experience in IT sourcing or contracting with a proven track record of strong results
• Exhibit solid people, reasoning, and analytical skills
• Effectively plan, prioritize, execute, and follow-up in a proactive and timely manner
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, strong collaborator with excellent communication skills in spoken and written English
About the Department
IT Sourcing & TBM is part of a support function under the DD&IT IT CIO in Novo Nordisk A/S. Our department is a key driver of IT sourcing, contract and asset management activities on behalf of the global IT organisation in Novo Nordisk. Furthermore, the department collaborates closely with procurement units and management teams responsible for IT projects and operation in Novo Nordisk. You will be part of an enthusiastic group of 10+ team members that sets high standards and individual targets but achieve them as a team.
