The position
In this role you will lead global, strategic, high impact projects related to training management, supporting our ambition of being at the forefront of technology. You must pose in depth knowledge from all relevant aspects of project management and have a substantial, successful proven track record. A high degree of independence is required as you will represent and make decisions that will impact across our global organisation.
Main responsibilities include: Drive global end to end projects supporting our project portfolio and securing strategic alignment Identify and execute cross-functional optimisation projects focusing on digitalization and automation Ensure goals, success criteria and business benefits/impact for the projects are accurately described. And support our portfolio of projects in succeeding with this Be an active player in the further development of processes, tools and workflows related to our training management. Proactively plan and executes stakeholder engagement and identify new communication channels with stakeholders You will work closely with our highly engaged global colleagues from People & Organisation, Global IT and other Novo Nordisk areas.
Qualifications
To be a successful candidate, you have several years of experience as Project Manager, have developed a strong project management and leadership toolbox and hold a Master's Degree in a relevant field.
In addition, we expect you to: Possess a proven track record of driving global and complex projects involving IT/tools/applications development and/or implementation Have extensive knowledge regarding measuring and visualising business impact/benefits for the projects you have been driving Profound experience with end-user involvement and feedback during the entire project Understand and have a natural interest in working with IT solutions and system interfaces Know your way around process optimization and have a profound understanding of Lean Like to develop new innovative solutions to the challenges we meet, and you must have a pragmatic and positive “can-do” attitude Be proactive and have a high degree of independence, drive and direction setting As you will cooperate broadly with many stakeholders, you have excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills, and you communicate clearly, targeted and concisely Have a strong problem solving mind-set and analytical skills As we are at an early stage of taking the global training management to the next level, you must be willing to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to emergent challenges. We have a strong focus on collaborating as a team.

You will become part of a department that is responsible for delivering training management and ensuring a standardized, data- driven and automated set-up. We are 26 highly dedicated people in our department, who are responsible for providing support and guidance on training management. We develop and implement global training management processes and tools, and we work with data and analytics to improve training across Novo Nordisk. In the department you will experience that we strive for operational excellence and set ambitious targets. You will be part of an environment where everybody helps each other to succeed, grow and develop.
