Global Solutions Lead in Culture, Engagement & Performance team at Novo Nordisk About the job Are you fascinated by the human side of organisations? The Position As Solutions Lead you will be part of the Culture, Engagement & Performance team in the NNWay & Facilitation Centre of Excellence. One of the key topics will be developing and driving projects involving our Global Listening Strategy, such as our global engagement survey. You will also help shape the global policies and guidelines for Performance Leadership and Flexible Working, providing processes, tools and communications for a global audience of people leaders. You will advise and support leaders and People & Organisation (P&O) colleagues and act as subject matter expert. Your Key Responsibilities in this position will include:
  • Driving end-to-end design, project management, and delivery of cultural programs
  • Co-creating with key stakeholders in the P&O organisation and Lines of Business (LOB)
  • Supporting adoption of global tools through sparring and training P&O colleagues and LOB
  • Maintaining and developing systems, websites and other sources of information for signature processes owned by the department
  • Defining and measuring programs with relevant analytics and KPIs
  • You will be seen as subject matter expert and keep up to date with the latest thinking, best practice tools, frameworks and approaches to drive organizational culture, employee engagement and performance management. Qualifications We imagine you are a skilled project manager and concept developer, with in-depth knowledge on behavioural science. You are data-literate with experience in employee surveys or other forms of workplace assessment. You have significant experience in managing stakeholders at all levels of an organisation and can act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders. You have a strong understanding of business and a track record of successfully leading significant change agendas. Preferred Qualifications for this role
  • You hold a Master of Science degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of proven experience in a similar role
  • Strong and proven experience in delivering complex change programmes
  • Strong experience in managing senior stakeholders, working across different functional or business areas and be subject matter expertise in at least one of the following disciplines: organisational culture, employee engagement, performance management
  • Analytical skills understanding the research and designing the process
  • Experience with facilitating and training, both virtually and in-person
  • Experience with working with projects and people across borders
  • On a personal level you need to have a strong consultative toolkit, with the ability to create influence and communicate with people at all levels of an organisation. Finally, it is a clear advantage if you have a very strong understanding of human behaviour in the workplace, with the ability to apply behavioural science in uncovering insights and designing solutions for the business. About the department You will be part of our Novo Nordisk Way and Facilitation Centre of Excellence (CoE) residing in Global People & Organisation in Novo Nordisk. You will report to the Director of Culture, Engagement & Performance and be part of a team consisting of 4 colleagues.
