The position Your main responsibility will be to improve the HR service catalogue in askHR (ServiceNow HR). You will be hands-on every day, when you work to improve our services to make them fast and intuitive to use. While improving services on the portal, you will strive to increase accuracy in what can be filled into the services – e.g. by minimizing free text and identifying other ways of securing quality input for easier case handling. As we process many HR cases through our system, there is plenty of data you can use to understand usage of services and portal content and to analyze how services can be improved for the users and for the HR agents handling incoming cases. You are expected to deliver quality advice to stakeholders in our regional and global service centers and our global centers of excellences on a daily basis, collaborate with a large ServiceNow HR team including competent employees from HR and IT.
  • Reviewing incoming requests to assess problems that need to be solved and identifying the business value they provide to the organization
  • Gather business requirements and illustrate solutions which follows the services standards and ensure adherence to technical architectural decisions for the service catalogue, workflows etc
  • Collaborating closely with stakeholders from both service centers and process groups to enable process optimization from a system perspective
  • Collaborate closely with other content roles (knowledge management, communication) to ensure accuracy in the content we deliver on the portal
  • Using data analysis from askHR (ServiceNow HR) on services usage, case creation to identify opportunities for improvement and automation
  • Qualifications
  • You have an academic degree probably within the field between HR, IT service delivery, process management/optimization
  • As minimum 3-4 years’ experience in a relevant position e.g. within process improvement/LEAN, IT/HR service delivery or HR service management
  • You have a process- and user experience-oriented mindset enabling you to identify process and system improvements opportunities end to end
  • It is important that you can navigate in a complex and global stakeholder landscape
  • Your personal drive, focus on improvement opportunities and the ability to execute projects independently and proactively, secures that value is added where it matters and within deadlines
  • Good communicator, customer oriented and appear with a constructive and solution-oriented mindset – even in difficult situations
  • English proficiency in writing and speech is necessary
  • It is an advantage if you have been facilitating improvements to HR services or processes in collaboration with Service Centers before.
  • It is a big advantage if you have technical knowledge about IT systems and their use in HR relations, especially with ServiceNow
  • About the department The job is in the Global P&O Digital Development & Analytics, in the askHR Digital Solutions unit, where we operate and develop the ServiceNow HR portal to support employees across Novo Nordisk, performing their HR related tasks. You will be part of a global, agile team of HR- and IT professionals driving the development and maintenance of the HR portal. We collaborate closely and encourage quality mindset and proactivity.
