As a Finance Partner in Business Development & Operations you will become a part of the CVP area called Manufacturing Development within Product Supply Injectable Finished Products (IFP ManDev). In this team we strive to be Trusted Business Partners to our stakeholders, through strong process execution, close collaboration, and delivering value-adding support or solve any challenges that arise. As our Finance Partner, you will play a leading role in driving the finance agenda across IFP ManDev and support in linking it to the strategy. You are expected to ensure a solid financial order as well as strengthen the financial management by identifying opportunities to improve and turning your ideas and initiatives into reality through your strong drive, business and finance acumen and your ability to collaborate across boundaries.
Your main responsibilities will include:
• Leading the finance direction for the organization and driving the finance processes across IFP ManDev, as well as driving the enterprise risk management process
• Financial storytelling on consolidated level, translating complexity and many business drivers into an overall and transparent storyline for IFP ManDev
• Facilitating and supporting resource and cost prioritization and decision making to senior management
• Collaborating closely with the Strategy Partner to secure a strong link between finance and business development/changes, as well as collaboration with the Investment Partner
Moreover, you will be responsible for driving and supporting relevant projects, business cases and initiatives with financial impact and help secure a smooth procurement setup within ManDev. You will become a part of a global finance network across Product Supply and represent the IFP ManDev across the finance community within Novo Nordisk. Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have:
• MSc Degree in relevant field combined with 2-5 years of relevant work experience as Finance Partner or similar within the FP&A field
• Strong analytical and strategic skills, and the ability to deliver with high quality even under tight deadlines
• Excellent stakeholder management skills along with the ability to build trusting relationships at all levels
• Communication skills and ability to share recommendations towards senior management
• Professional proficiency in English
On a personal level, you have a high degree of independence, and can structure and prioritize your work independently, while at the same time collaborating with your colleagues. You enjoy interacting with stakeholders and building long-lasting relations across the network. Moreover, you can facilitate value-adding discussions by having a good overview and strategic flair. About the department
IFP ManDev supports our global production sites by creating innovative improvements to manufacturing processes while maintaining a high level of quality and compliance. As a Finance Partner to IFP ManDev, you will work with a broad range of stakeholders across the area. The area employees +650 people split into locations such as: Bagsværd, Søborg, Hillerød and Kalundborg; main place being in Bagsværd. You will be part of the Business Development & Operations team within the IFP ManDev Business Support that drives a broad range of activities across the area including management and admin support, financial planning, strategy, quality, facility management as well as environmental and health & safety initiatives.
