The position
As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will be recruitment responsible for a Digital, Data & IT roles in Novo Nordisk, contributing to identifying the best talent, increasing value to Novo Nordisk through talent acquisition advisory, efficiency, quality, and speed. Some of your responsibilities will be to:
• Acting as Talent Acquisition advisor and point of contact for hiring managers in Digital, Data & IT.
• Lead recruitment process aligned with our diversity and inclusion principles and Novo Nordisk values and ways of working.
• Drive highly complex recruitments navigating scarce candidate pools using your updated market knowledge and solid talent acquisition toolbox.
• Proactively and continuously work with your recruitment team consisting of sourcers and admins, ultimately ensure a good process plan, solid candidate experience, and efficiency throughout the recruitment process.
• Contribute to a positive & collaborative team environment and help to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement and collaboration across. As an individual you put pride in supporting, advising, and challenging the hiring manager while also
ensuring a great candidate and hiring manager experience. You possess a high degree of
perseverance and have a consultative mindset.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in HR, business administration, occupational psychology, communication, or similar.
• Experience leading recruitment processes and advising hiring managers throughout the entire recruitment process. Experience within Pharma or IT/Tech area is an advantage but not a must.
• Experience conducting interviews and assessing candidate personality and behaviour.
• Min 3+ years of experience from consultancy or inhouse recruitment function where you have typically handled 65+ hires per year.
• Fluency in written and spoken English. Your drive makes it natural for you to manage many different and sometimes complex recruitment processes simultaneously. You thrive in an environment where you work independently while creating lasting trustful relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders within your area. At the same time, you are a team-player and value close cooperation and knowledge sharing. As we are implementing several changes to our recruitment processes in Novo Nordisk, we expect you to act as a change agent towards our hiring managers and will value any experience related to driving change or implementing changes to processes. About the Department
You will be joining Talent Acquisition DK, a team of +80 internal recruiters. Together we support Novo Nordisk in Denmark with around 8,500 end-to-end recruitments annually.
We have our primary base in Bagsværd, but you will also be expected to work out of our sites in Søborg, Ballerup, Gentofte, Måløv and Lyngby.
The team you will join consists of 10 experienced and skilled Talent Acquisition Consultants and Partners working with recruitments in Digital, Data & IT. About Digital, Data & IT

The position
