The position
As a Global Leadership Development Lead, you will have the opportunity to manage the onboarding program for new leaders called “LEAD Talks.” This program is crucial in setting the foundation for leadership expectations at Novo Nordisk and ensuring that our leaders have the necessary skills to perform. Your responsibilities will include:
• Managing the ongoing delivery and improvements of the LEAD Talks program
• Setting direction for the administration of the program and engaging internal and external partners
• Monitoring budget and designing and delivering communications materials
• Consolidating and aligning slide decks and learning materials
• Coordinating tasks and timelines across all parties involved, providing feedback and suggestions for improvement
• Facilitating sessions and ensuring a seamless flow to the learning experience
This role requires a collaborative and detail-oriented individual who values partnerships with stakeholders. You will work closely with internal speakers, external providers, and global teams to ensure the success of the program.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s level degree in a relevant field (e.g., HR, Business, Education, Psychology, Communications)
• 3+ years of experience in Leadership Development, Human Resources, Event Planning, Training, or Organizational Development
• Experience managing end-to-end global learning programs, including needs analysis, instructional design, deployment, evaluation, and continuous innovation
• Experience working in a global, matrixed organization preferred On a personal level, you are a proficient facilitator who can confidently engage with a wide array of leaders. Your colleagues commend your strong relationship management skills, which allow you to effectively collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders. Furthermore, you possess outstanding communication abilities and great attention to detail.
