The position As a Transfer Pricing Manager at [xxxxx], you will:
  • Become project manager for planning and execution of transfer pricing projects, often working together with external advisors and providing analysis, recommendations and presentations to management. Majority of projects are related to Advance Pricing Arrangements (APA’s) or integration of acquired businesses.
  • Communicate with relevant stakeholders and ensure effective communication throughout the projects.
  • Provide advice to the business within the area of transfer pricing.
  • Support affiliates in transfer pricing audits.
  • Assess impact of new developments or legislation and support implementation
  • Take on a governance role in relation to a few key TP compliance processes
  • You will work out of HQ in Bagsværd, Denmark with frequent interaction with the global [xxxxx] organisation. Qualifications To be successful in this role, besides having Master’s degree in tax, economics, public accounting, business law, or similar relevant education, we are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:
  • Minimum 4 years of working experience within the field of transfer pricing. Specifically, you have experience with planning and execution of transfer pricing projects and you are comfortable with financial analyses.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to plan tasks, follow plans, and meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Effective communication skills with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
  • English at a high level.
