The Position As an Associate Manager of our Packaging Line in Kirke Værløse, you will oversee 14 highly skilled Operators working day and evening shifts from Monday to Friday. You will be responsible for the daily operations making sure that we deliver on our production agreement with high quality. Key responsibilities include:
  • Monitoring KPIs such as right-first-time rates, batch changeover times, and production efficiency.

  • Continuously improving processes and coaching your team to develop innovative solutions for enhanced performance.

  • Coordinating with key stakeholders, including planning, support teams, and project managers.

  • Recruiting, developing, and empowering your team to achieve their best.

  • Creating and maintaining systems and structures to ensure a high level of compliance.

  • Qualifications The most important qualification is your passion and drive to develop a great team with high engagement and performance. To succeed in this position, you:
  • Have 2-3 years of a leadership experience preferably within production.

  • Hold a relevant educational background.

  • Are experienced in change management and as well as excellent stakeholder management

  • Have experience within Pharma or any other regulated industry (an advantage).

  • Are fluent in both written and spoken Danish and English.

  • On a personal level, you have a leadership style based on trust, and mutual respect and value a fun and inclusive working environment. About the Department The team is a part of Novo Nordisk smallest site in Denmark with approximate 150 employees. This creates a unique work environment where everyone is on a first name basis. We assembly and package products for our haemophilia and growth disorder patients all over the world. The department consist of the following teams: production, maintenance, process support, technical support and new product entry, As a site we work well together and corporation between teams and functions is the key in everything we do.
