The Position As a Senior IT Integration Architect at Novo Nordisk, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the design, development, and management of our API infrastructure, leveraging the Mulesoft Anypoint Platform. You will guide and advocate for strategic integrations across the enterprise, work hands-on with technical deliverables, while also collaborating closely with stakeholders to align API initiatives with the company’s business objectives. You will engage with implementation teams across Novo Nordisk business areas, supporting some of the most important projects. You will focus on continuously improving the platform and services and scalable, standardized global enterprise integration solutions that align with and enable a federated architecture and delivery model. Your main responsibilities will include: Lead the architecture for our Mulesoft Anypoint Platform and ensure best-in-class services in collaboration with the product team
Continuously optimize the platform solution and services by designing and implementing new key platform features, governance, and best practices
Ensure stable, efficient platform management and operations
Guide and advice on strategic integrations within a large organizational landscape
Work closely with distributed teams across Novo Nordisk to ensure that the platform aligns with business goals and resolve any impediments along the way
Stay updated on industry trends, security, and best practices related to API architecture and Mulesoft Anypoint Platform and integrate them into our solutions
Qualifications To be a strong candidate for this position, we envision that you will possess many to most of the following: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
+5 years of professional experience working within the field of integrations
Proven experience with API platform management solutions and hands-on experience in delivering a central integration platform solution and services to distributed teams within a large enterprise
Proficient knowledge of API lifecycle management, API security standards, and integrations within a regulated enterprise
Experience with software development, cloud computing platforms, and DevOps practices
Experience with Mulesoft Anypoint Platform is considered an advantage
Excellent communication, collaboration, and technical leadership skills
