If yes, then apply today as you might become the new Senior Culture Advisor we are looking for! This role will be based in Bagsværd, Copenhagen. The Position As Senior Culture Advisor you will be part of the Culture, Engagement & Performance team in the NNWay & Facilitation Centre of Excellence. One of the key topics will be enhancing our global listening strategy, a strategic initiative to expand our listening capabilities, by increasing support for our leaders, employees and supporting staff such as People Development Partners and HR Business Partners and solidifying our insights via qualitative methods. You will support the integration of the Novo Nordisk culture as well as shape and facilitate global conversations on organisational culture through a variety of engagement methods: structured individual and group interviews, open trainings, and workshops. You will also support introducing global and implementing global initiatives and policies. Your Key Responsibilities in this position will include:
  • Driving qualitative insights to expand our global listening strategy and collect valuable feedback from stakeholders

  • Designing and leading workshops and sessions with the business areas on different topics of our culture

  • Usability testing of global materials for leaders and HR Business partners

  • Driving cross-functional projects in Global P&O to ensure cultural efforts are aligned

  • You will work closely together with the Global Solutions Leads and the People Analytics Partner to support the roll-out of new initiatives and strengthen the collaboration with the business areas. You will be seen as subject matter expert and keep up to date with the latest thinking, best practice tools, frameworks and approaches to drive organisational culture, employee engagement and performance management. Qualifications We imagine you’re a positive change agent who 1) is a great listener, can generate trust and build strong relationships with our stakeholders 2) is data-driven, can identify the frictions and best possible solutions 3) takes an outside-in perspective with the end customer in mind. You’re naturally curious about human behaviour and are able to bring both scientific methods and your intuition into play. You have significant experience in managing stakeholders at all levels of an organisation and can act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders. You have a strong understanding of business and a track record of successfully driving significant change agendas. Preferred Qualifications for this role
  • Master’s in psychology, anthropology, sociology, or a similar field

  • Qualitative interviewing, either through skilled interview techniques or UX/Usability testing

  • Analysis of qualitative data, including prompting AI tools to support analysis of big qualitative data sets

  • Strong listening and coaching skills

  • Strong communication skills, a natural ability to inspire and create influence

  • Experience with facilitating and hosting events and workshops

  • Experience with interpreting and communicating HR data, and recommending solutions related to enhancing culture, engagement and performance

  • Experience with applying design thinking methods in projects is an advantage

  • On a personal level you care about making meaningful impact. You can think both systemically and more granularly about driving successful change in a big organisation. About the department You will be part of our Novo Nordisk Way and Facilitation Centre of Excellence (CoE) residing in Global People & Organisation in Novo Nordisk. You will report to the Director of Culture, Engagement & Performance and be part of a team consisting of 5 colleagues. Working at Novo Nordisk
