We are looking for a HRBP to support the Supply Chain Planning & Logistics CVP area. This role involves driving P&O initiatives at both operational and strategic levels, collaborating with various stakeholders, and leading key P&O agendas together with the HR Director and HRBP colleagues. You will mainly work with senior managers but collaborate with managers at all levels. This will require a good sense of balancing and prioritising tasks as you go. Your main task is to deliver value creating P&O partnering by having high business acumen, being at the forefront of new trends combined with your solid People & Organisational (P&O) experience. Responsibilities include enhancing organisational development, new employee onboarding, fostering a healthy work environment, and ensuring that P&O initiatives align with business needs and are enterprise wide. Along with preparing for and facilitation of the annual people processes such as Performance Management, Talent Management, Diversity & Inclusion, and Employee Engagement, you will also actively engage with leadership in day-to-day task and on various organisational development challenges. You will identify and ensure P&O deliveries on both strategic and operational level which includes among other things: Act as a proactive HR Business Partner ready to coach and challenge
Drive a P&O agenda that contributes to business needs
Ensure successful organisational development, strategic workforce planning and effectiveness
Ensure and support successful leadership development
Plan, standardise and execute HR processes and HR tasks seamlessly
Collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders’ enterprise wide
Support the Novo Nordisk diversity and inclusion agenda
The team You will be part of a diverse P&O team consisting of 10 experienced and supporting colleagues. We support the business as HR Business Partners, Organisational Development Partner, Communication, Training and Talent Development. The area you will be supporting are responsible for planning and logistics ensuring we balance supply and demand and deliver products to ensure all our patients are served. We currently have a strong focus on transforming our business which require a strong collaboration between all stakeholders and you will play a key role in strengthening our supply chain organisation. Qualifications As a person, you are curious, structured and a team-player. You have a strategic mindset, strong interpersonal skills and are known for building lasting relations with your stakeholders. You thrive in a working environment that is characterised by a cross-functional focus, you have an urge to constantly improve and a willingness to take on new challenges. Your good sense of humour and open mind enables you to contribute to a productive and collaborative atmosphere. You have experience as a Consultant, HR Business Partner and/or experience from one or more of the CoE fields of P&O. But most importantly you want to make a difference for people & organisations.
You understand the organisational dynamics and you thrive with developing and improving P&O activities that are linked to the overall business purpose and works in practice.
You enjoy having the responsibility for both process and outcome and you know from experience that success depends on what you deliver to your stakeholders.
