The Position As an Electrical Lead, you will play a crucial role in developing the electrical design specifications that support the establishment of standardized facilities and equipment in Fill & Finish Expansions. Working closely with our global engineering partner, local sites, and electrical colleagues, you will ensure deliverables are in line with local standards and authority requirements for equipment design and implementation. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Supporting the organization in maintaining engineering standards and developing engineering specifications.

  • Ensuring compliance with industry-specific standards and best practices.

  • Advising on appropriate materials for construction, considering compatibility and durability.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to timelines.

  • Streamlining design and setting technical guidelines in multiple locations for future efficiency in technical development.

  • As the project is global, short-term travel to our partners and stakeholders abroad should be expected and estimated to 3-5 trips per year. Qualifications To be successful in this position, you will need:
  • An academic degree in electrical engineering or a technical education such as electrician with relevant experience.

  • Technical skills in electrical designs and maintenance, preferably in a GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) controlled environment.

  • Hands-on experience in designing and installing electrical systems and distribution efficiently.

  • Preferably experience working as a building owner representative or Electrical Engineer/Electrical Lead in an engineering company.

  • Fluency in verbal and written English

  • As a person, you are proactive with a strong personal drive. You have a quality mindset, possess the ability to create the “right” solutions, while challenging the status quo. You thrive in a changing and dynamic environment, and you demonstrate attention to detail, and you are structured when it comes to problem-solving. Furthermore, you have good stakeholder management skills with the ability to build relations on a global scale, and you embrace professional and personal diversity. About the Department You will be joining Fill & Finish Expansions, where we are responsible for capacity expansion with AP (Aseptic Production) and FP (Finished Production) production.
