Join us as an Associate Manager for our Technical Support team, who would like to be a part of a highly skilled production unit dedicated to making a difference for people living with diabetes.   The Job   As an Associated Manager you will lead a support team of academics, laboratory technicians and skilled workers which consist of 20 dedicated employees. You will play a key part in developing your team and continuously improved performance as well as delivering excellent results. You will have the responsibility for coordinating and prioritizing resources and tasks in the team with the purpose to ensure fulfilment of our ambition to obtain higher yields and a stable production. Your responsibilities will include, but won’t be limited to:
  • Setting objectives and targets for your team

  • Oversee and manage day-to-day equipment

  • Understand the equipment, processes and tasks to a degree that enables you to understand the underlying issues of a given challenges

  • Supporting new equipment & technology coming in

  • Lead the team by developing competencies, coaching, and training the employees to ensure the right composition of skills.

  • Drive your leadership with a LEAN mindset

  • Secure quality and compliance of process

    • In addition, you will be a part of an effective management team, who works closely together and takes a joint responsibility of the development of the department, and you will work closely with your management colleagues on day-to-day operations.     Qualifications To succeed in this position, you:  
  • Preferably hold a Bachelors´s in engineering or equivalent and have at least 2-3 years of leadership experience or experience from working in Pharma.

  • Have experience from GMP regulated production

  • Have technical insight together with a flair for project- and visual management

  • Speak Danish and English

You are structured and proactive in your work and will never compromise on quality. As a leader you see and match your employees needs and ambitions where you naturally adapt your leadership style, ask curious questions, and can communicate on all levels of our organisation.   About the Department   We are located in building 6A and 2H in Bagsværd and we are several departments that work together as a unit across teams and professional boundaries. We are approx. 850 dedicated employees who contribute to the Aseptic production. In Supply & Formulation we are 190 employees. We wash and sterilize all tanks, utensils, ppm etc. and formulate products for filling.
