The position
As a Training Consultant, we integrate our consulting proficiency into a standardized toolbox, and you will gain insight into our methodology through participation in our consulting onboarding program. Your main responsibility will be to support the line of business in developing and delivering effective, efficient, and compliant training and continuous improvement initiatives. You will work closely with the local training and lean organizations to tailor solutions to the individual needs of the business areas. Your key tasks will include: Tackling specific challenges by facilitating an analysis of the business needs Designing and driving world-class solutions within training and human performance Leading change management for stakeholders on all levels Upskilling and coaching end-users, local managers, and training professionals Evaluating the impact of solutions and service impact ensuring they resolve business challenges Ensuring that the improvement initiatives are sustainable and well anchored within the local departments
Additionally, you will support and drive the implementation of best practices in training methods and modern technologies across various business areas. You will collaborate closely with colleagues from the line of business, working on projects at Novo Nordisk sites in Denmark and abroad. Business travel activity should be expected.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, we expect you to have: A master’s degree in organizational development, psychology, adult learning, learning management or similar At least 5 years of relevant experience driving change management projects and/or developing and implementing operational excellence Experience working with Training Within Industry (TWI) and Lean would be beneficial, especially hands-on experience coaching managers in lean leadership Experience working for a global and/or matrix type of organization, preferably within a GxP-regulated environment Proficiency in English is required, and familiarity with Danish is considered a plus

Training Consulting is a part of Global P&O and is responsible for driving training, learning, and continuous improvement initiatives across Novo Nordisk. We are a centralized global consulting unit consisting of three teams working out of offices in Bagsværd and Kalundborg, that provide world-class consultancy and project management support to our key stakeholders. Our team is known for its ability to deliver fast and efficient execution of consulting services and projects, ensuring business impact and sustainable solutions. You will join a team of highly skilled consultants who work closely together to achieve our business goals. We offer a social work environment with a high level of engagement and focus on individual and shared development.
