The Position As a Technical Writer at Novo Nordisk, you will work closely with various stakeholders to optimize training documentation and enhance human performance. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Gaining a deep understanding of products and services, and translating complex information into simple, polished, and engaging content
  • Working with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements
  • Producing high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience
  • Researching, outlining, writing, and editing content, while working closely with various departments to understand project requirements
  • Maintaining and optimizing training documentation
    • To ensure high quality in your work, you will observe our operators and technicians, as well as facilitate workshops to secure input from subject matter experts and validate the instructions by the people who will follow them after implementation. As we are transforming our processes, you must have an eye for optimization and simplification – and dare to ask critical questions. Organizationally, you will be part of a newly established team of training experts who will support you in your daily work. Competent people are the core of our business! Qualifications We invite you to apply for this position regardless of your educational background. However, to be successful in this role, we imagine you have:
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
  • Experience working with quality, GMP regulations, and authority inspections – possibly even from a similar position within the pharmaceutical industry
  • Fluency in written and spoken Danish and English
  • The ability to present complex data in clear, concise text
  • Professional curiosity and derive energy from interacting with colleagues on the shop floor
  • Knowledge within developing training material
    • On a personal level, you excel at establishing relationships, communicating constructively, and having a systematic approach to problem-solving. You are self-driven and unafraid to ask questions to challenge the status quo. Lastly, you are known for your ability to notice details while always seeing the bigger picture. About The Department You will join Device Component Manufacturing, a dynamic and evolving production site located in Hillerød. DCM is responsible for manufacturing plastic components and devices for Novo Nordisk production sites, currently employing approximately 600 employees. Within DCM, you will be part of our Business Support department, which is responsible for Training, Project Management, Finance, IT, Communication, and Strategy.
