The position As an Environmental Professional you will be joining a team of 7 talented colleagues working with EHS in the Aseptic Manufacturing (AM) site of Bagsværd. You will collaborate with teams locally and across the AM production network to find and implement improvements. You will play an active role in ensuring the fulfilment of our environmental goals, particularly our Circular for Zero strategy, which is Novo Nordisk’s blueprint for a sustainable future. You will also make sure that we follow the rules and standards for environmental management (ISO 14001). Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Handling and reporting of environmental compliance requirements. Support/coordination of external and internal audits. Ensure that applicable guidelines are incorporated in AM BA. Identify and execute improvement initiatives, as well as provide recommendations to management. Reporting and analysing KPI related to waste, energy and water consumption data. Support in evaluating the environmental impact of changes/projects. You can also expect to participate in communities of practice locally and at divisional level, as well as provide input to the annual Environmental Management Review. Qualifications To succeed in this position, you have: An academic degree in environmental management or other relevant education. 3+ years of experience working with complex processes from a similar position. Excellent stakeholder and communication skills. Fluency in oral and written English. The ability to communicate in Danish is an advantage. As a person, you are proactive, result oriented and structured. You approach tasks with a positive attitude, consider multiple perspectives and deliver high-quality results. You are comfortable working in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities and thrive in an environment where teamwork and making others shine is highly valued.

The local EHS organization is part of Production Support – an area also responsible for facilities, utilities, asset management, environmental monitoring, and cleaning.
