Let’s discuss the role We are seeking a talented and experienced Solution Architect with a strong background in working with SAP SuccessFactors and strong experience with processes within the realm of People & Organization (HR) functions. In this role, as our new Solution Architect – SAP SuccessFactors, you will have the chance to:
  • Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to understand requirements and design comprehensive solutions leveraging SAP SuccessFactors
  • Architect end-to-end solutions for HR processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices within the People & Organization function
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance in the development and implementation of HR solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and compliance with HR processes and regulations
  • Evaluate, recommend, and implement enhancements to the current HR solutions, leveraging expertise in SAP SuccessFactors and industry best practices, with focus on Talent Intelligence Hub (TIH)
  • Define and design integrations, data flows, and workflows to ensure seamless operation and data consistency across HR systems and applications
  • Skills we look for
    The ideal candidate has a strong desire for continuous learning and staying updated with emerging technologies; excellent problem-solving, and communication skills. Moreover, to succeed in this role you also have the following requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Solution Architect with a focus on HR solutions, particularly within the People & Organization function
  • Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, with Talent Intelligence Hub experience being an advantage
  • In-depth understanding of HR processes and best practices within the People & Organization function
  • Experience in designing and implementing integrations within the HR systems landscape
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with HR and technical teams
  • Experience in SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) will be an additional advantage.
