If so, you might be the right fit for our team as the new Vice President (VP) of Integrated Quality Leadership: Process and Operational Excellence! The Vice President will report into the Corporate Vice President of Integrated Quality (IQ) & Operations and Staff Quality (OSQ) and will be a key member of the leadership team for the Integrated Quality Programme (IQ Programme) as well as IQ&OSQ management team. The Integrated Quality Programme will transform ’s QMS, making it scalable, flexible and ready for the future. IQ Leadership is one of the Programme pillars, catering for Process Excellence and Operational Excellence. This position is based in Bagsvaerd, Denmark. The position
As the Vice President (VP) of Integrated Quality Leadership you will spearhead the transformation and implementation of Process Excellence in . You will set strategic direction in how ’s ways of working are to be adjusted to ensure excellence in both processes and operations. You will lead a team of highly competent specialists and experts in processes and Lean, setting direction and principles in how achieves process excellence and operational excellence, ensuring continuous improvement, while maintaining compliance with regulations. Additionally, you will be responsible for stakeholder involvement in strategies and solutions, ensuring that perspectives and needs from different areas are considered, creating the best value for the programme and for . Furthermore, you will lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing transformation team, fostering transparency, collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the organisation. The team will expand dynamically, to support the implementation efforts needed in the upcoming years. Success in this leadership role demands a high degree of independence, innovation skills, cultural awareness, and excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Qualifications
To be a competitive candidate, you should have: A master’s degree within relevant area 5+ years of leadership experience, leading leaders 10+ years of proven experience in process improvements, including process management 10+ years of experience working across complex matrix organizations, in heavily regulated industries Strong drive for continuous improvement and transformation Solid experience in Lean Strong problem-solving skills Effective communication and negotiation skills with the ability to manage a wide range of stakeholders High degree of independence, resilience, flexibility and cultural awareness Besides, we value personal attributes: collaborative mindset, analytical skills, data-driven approach, adaptable, creative, independent, relationship-building and a robust, energetic personality.
