You will play a pivotal role in guiding and supporting leaders within the areas of organizational development and effectiveness, culture & engagement, change management, talent management & development, and resource management. Some of your responsibilities will be: Being a trusted strategic partner to the CVP level leaders, driving P&O priorities and projects linked to the strategy, and supporting the development of organizational capabilities. Guiding leaders through key P&O processes such as compensation review, engagement survey, talent & succession management, and performance review. Fostering stakeholder management excellence by connecting to P&O CoEs and Global P&O to key stakeholders. Supporting ad hoc P&O activities, including leadership & team seminars, sparring on cases with CoE’s involvement, salary and job level setting, career paths and job landscape, promotions, and managing wellbeing, absence, and stress. You will report to the Director of P&O Business Partnering and become part of a team with 4 other colleagues who value team collaboration and having fun. The position is located in Bagsværd, Copenhagen, with occasional travel expected (likely twice a year to the US or Zurich). Qualifications 5+ years of relevant HR experience, and 3+ years partnering with business leaders – preferably from larger matrix organizations. Prior experience working outside of Denmark, such as regional experience in the US, is highly preferred. A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field. Has project managed business change and transformations (M&A, organic growth, divestitures etc.) will be taken into consideration. Fluent in English – proficiency in other languages is considered a plus. As a person you work independently and are recognized as a specialist. You utilize your subject matter knowledge to address common business challenges. You are proficient in identifying best practices and implementing improvements. You are an adept communicator and collaborator, skilled at guiding leaders through key P&O processes and fostering strong partnerships. Your strategic approach and experience in managing business change and transformations equip you to make a meaningful impact. About the Department P&O Business Partnering is an area within People and Organisation at consisting of units that collaborate closely with the Global P&O Services and the P&O Centres of Excellences, to help bridge the global P&O community with the line of business. We act as strategic advisors to the business and play a pivotal role in supporting ’ success providing guidance to our leaders and employees within our fields of expertise including but not limited to: Organisational Development & M&A, Health & Safety, People Relations & Compliance, Training & Capability Building as well as HR Business Partnering.
