About the department
Digital Innovation is anchored within Group Internal Audit (GIA) – a dynamic, ambitious and international department within the Finance & Compliance organisation. Digital Innovation supports the organisation by finding new ways working, exploring innovative solutions to problems and generally providing value to the business. Being part of Digital Innovation gives you unique insight into the organisation, as well as opportunities to develop professionally.
The position
In this specific position, you will support the area with digital solutions that optimise how we work. Solutions will be pursued by leveraging technologies such as machine and deep learning to create leading ways of performing and actionable results. Your key stakeholders will be the Finance & Compliance organisation, as well as the global compliance organisation across Novo Nordisk.
You will be working with other developers, data scientists and area specialists in a cross-functional team. We encourage our employees to challenge the status quo and come up with new ideas. This will allow you to shape entire processes, from ideation to implementation.
Qualifications
We are looking for an ambitious and proactive colleague who can contribute to the team both professionally and personally. More specifically, we are looking for the following competences:
- Masters or BA degree within IT, software development, statistics, mathematics, data science or other related fields and you fulfil the following criteria:
- Experience with programming languages such as Java and REACT for web development
- Solid knowledge SQL and database design
Knowledge about Python, data structures, algorithms and statistics is an advantage but not a requisite.
You have a strong analytical mind-set, a flair for development and you collaborate effectively with colleagues. Our corporate language is English, and we expect you to be fluent. As a person, you are curious, quick to learn and have a drive to push things forward.
