Building and negotiating clinical trial agreements
LEO Pharma has embarked on a very ambitious journey to become the world’s preferred dermatology care partner – and that is why we need you. As a Site Agreement Manager, you will be part of ensuring that we at LEO Pharma have the best possible contracts and budgets with our clinical trial sites.
The job
As a Site Agreement Manager, you will join a global team with Site Agreement Managers and a Feasibility team. The Site Start Up team is a key player in launching LEO Pharma’s clinical trials, ensuring robust data in feasibility processes and the negotiation of strong contracts and budgets with sites.
As a Site Agreement Manager, you will be involved in the development, negotiation and finalization of contracts and budgets with our clinical trial sites globally. You will be involved in creating the global templates and the local- and site-specific versions when needed and negotiate these with sites. You will work directly with the site’s representatives or via the clinical teams in LEO Pharma’s affiliates. In your work you will also assure that contractual terms and provisions are following governing law in the different countries and with the LEO policies and make sure that trial budgets comply with Fair Market Value. In addition, you will get the opportunity to drive or participate in different improvement projects for the benefit of the daily work in the department and for optimization the process affecting other parts of the LEO Pharma organization. As a Site Agreement Manager, you will be expected to partner broadly and globally in the organization, with trial teams, the CRA organization, the local medical liaison in countries, R&D legal, and HCP compliance amongst many others.
Your position will be in Ballerup, Denmark while part of the Site Start Up department is based in Madison, New Jersey, US.
Your qualifications
3-5 years’ experience within the industry Knowledge of clinical trial contracts and budgets Ability to negotiate and develop good relations with our affiliate colleagues and sites Excellent written and oral communication skills including English at a proficient level
