In EUROPE+ Regional Topical Dermatology Team we are looking for a Patient Solutions Manager Atopic Dermatitis to help us ensure successful management of the topical AD portfolio (Mostly Protopic® and Advantan®) and support the development of Delgocitinib project (currently focused on Chronic Hand Eczema) for Eu+ region.

The effort split about current Topical AD portfolio management and Delgocitinib project and business case development for Eu+ (currently in Phase IIb) is approximately 50%:50%.

You will join a team of 9 FTEs (multifunctiona: Patient Solutions, Medical, Pricing/Access, Digital Engagement). The team is very made of people coming from various European nationalities.

The job

As EUROPE+ Topical Dermatology, Patient Solutions Manager Atopic Dermatitis you will be responsible for:

  • Topical AD EUROPE+ portfolio (total of approx. EUR 100 million a year, key brands Protopic® and Advantan®)
  • Delgocitinib project (currently waiting for Phase IIb results in Q2) development for region Eu+, with full responsibility for the Business Case and its key assumptions
  • Protopic and Advantan regional brand management, including managing Diamond Model Regional Delivery Team, Regional strategic plans, Regional roadmap, brand performance reports and KPIs tracking, insights gathering and validation, forecasts analysis and Business Reviews preparation, support to global teams in global strategy development
  • Ensuring successful development and implementation of initiatives (Diamond, Regional, Global) on topical Derma across region Eu+
  • Ensuring gathering and validation of assumptions for Delgocitinib project development across Europe, including scenario management within the Eu+ business case
  • Co-developing of Delgocitinib global strategy together with Global team.
  • Ensuring flawless coordination and constructive collaboration across affiliates, clusters, regional and global teams on topical AD portfolio and Delgocitinib projects.

    Your qualifications

    We expect you have the following qualifications:

  • Master degree or equivalent
  • 5-7 years’ experience with sales/marketing product management in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Marketing/medical/Access knowledge – in depth knowledge of both stakeholders and patient needs
  • Able to contribute to the strategic direction of new products and to the exploitation of technology in terms of product and services
  • Drive for results and operational ability to find solutions and overcome hurdles
  • Strong business acumen and business analytics skills
  • Strong stakeholder management foundation
  • Project management skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills


  • In order to succeed it is vital that you have strong stakeholder management skills and influencing skills and that you are approachable, service-minded, friendly, energetic and a good communicator while driving results.

    Further, you will be required to be excellent at collaborating and creating relationships across cultural, professional and geographical borders. With your personal engagement and positive mindset you can inspire others around you and contribute to creating a common driver for success. As a Patient Solutions Manager you will also need to be good at setting priorities, managing vision and purposes.
