The position as Commercial Processes Coordinator is based in Ambu’s headquarters in Ballerup, Denmark. You will join the Commercial Processes team which is part of the Global Marketing team with more than 50 highly dedicated and professional colleagues. Your work will have major impact, and you will have many local and international colleagues.

Coordination and global impact
As Commercial Processes Coordinator you will have a wide range of tasks, which are business critical. You will drive approval flows and update product information and marketing material in Ambu’s product lifecycle management system (Agile) for Global Marketing. This includes updating and reviewing IFU´s (Instruction for Use), labelling, datasheets and coordinate graphic layout and translations of svarious types of materials with external collaboration partners.

Your primary areas of responsibility will be to:

  • Drive approval flows and update product information and marketing material in Ambu’s product lifecycle management system (Agile) for various colleagues in the Global Marketing team.
  • Cordinate and follow up on marketing related activities in the EU MDR project
  • Coordinate and drive marketing related activities regarding local registration requests
  • Engage in other tasks in the Commercial Processes team in Global Marketing

It is important that you have a solid understanding of the marketing related processes in a medical device company. You should also have an in- depth system understanding of the main IT systems.

Well-structured and systematic with great communication skills
To succeed in this job, it is vital that you like to work with people and coordinate tasks in a structured and systematic manner. A natural part of this is to ensure communication and follow-up on tasks and sometimes even co-develop as you go.

As Ambu is a global company, it is essential that you have excellent English skills in both writing and speech as well as a global mindset in relation to colleagues and business opportunities.

As a person, you like to deliver high level of service. You like to take the lead in coordination processes and you always ensure high quality in deliveries. You are friendly, outgoing, easy-going by nature and you work independently. You are attentive to details and you question things that deviate from the norm. Additionally, you have an ability to stay calm in stressful situations. Finally, you enjoy some degree of routine tasks in your workday and are also open for handling ad hoc projects.

You should have experience and interest for different IT systems at a super user level (preferably as a minimum with Agile or similar product lifecycle management system). Furthermore, it is an advantage if you have experience with documentation requirements and documentation handling in the medical device industry or similar.

We imagine that you hold an educational background within administration, secretary, coordinator or similar, that enables you to conduct the above tasks.
