You will have a unique possibility to work with the entire range of processes from “order to invoice” from a corporate and global sales perspective in a newly established position as Corporate Commercial Business Process Owner.
You will work out of our headquarter in Ballerup where you will report to the Corporate Commercial Business Process Manager. You will join an international team with highly dedicated and skilled colleagues, where you will have the opportunity for personal and professional growth in a dynamic workplace. The team rolls out, drives and enhances processes within the entire “order to invoice” workflow in close cooperation with the global sales organization as well as with other Corporate functions.
Business processes to the next step
Your primary area of responsibility will be to participate in future ERP roll outs as a key project participant as well as optimizing and governing corporate sales processes, policies and procedures and facilitate local ownership. You will assist in defining solid global business processes in close collaboration with the business process owners from our Corporate site. In addition, you will act as superuser in our ERP system and be involved in new ad hoc tasks to continuously improve our sales processes.
Additional responsibilities will be to:
Experience within business processes
We expect that you have 2+ years of experience from a similar role (e.g. a Sales or Business Process Role or an ERP consultant) and preferably you have had a close collaboration with Sales and IT stakeholders.
It will be an advantage if you have a profound understanding of sales processes and systems, and experience with optimization of workflows, preferably on a global scale. You should also possess the ability to effectively coordinate and work with cross-functional and international teams. Additionally, if you have experience with EDI solutions it will be a plus.
To succeed in this job, it is important that you are curious, would like to learn new things and not afraid to ask questions and suggest solutions. You should like to work with people in an international environment, but you should also be able to work independently when required. You are used to working in a structured and systematic manner and deliver high quality work.
Since we are a global company, you will be involved in cross-cultural collaboration. Therefore, it is important that you communicate on a high level in written and verbal English. You must also be able to travel (estimated 20 days a year).

- Defining business & regulatory requirements in future ERP rollouts and assist in all phases of the projects
- Identifying gaps and issues in the sales process and assist in the design of solutions
- Align process improvement plans with other business process owners
- Develop and maintain training material and conduct training for end users globally
- Communicate with stakeholders to secure solutions are aligned with our strategy and business requirements
- Defining business requirements and drawing up the user requirement specification for customers requesting EDI solutions
