Sales Leader SDRs
Due to our extensive growth in the US, to bring in a leader who can grow our SDR team. In order for us to do so, we are in need of the right profile to lead, recruit, and develop the team. Working closely with the US Sales Director, this role will report to the VP of Global Sales (based in Australia) and the Monsido US President.
We will make sure that you are prepared properly and get training in our product, marketing processes, ways of selling before you start.
We have a pretty solid plan for you, and our expectations for your journey at Monsido, will look something like this:

Sales Leader SDRs
Due to our extensive growth in the US, to bring in a leader who can grow our SDR team. In order for us to do so, we are in need of the right profile to lead, recruit, and develop the team. We will make sure that you are prepared properly and get training in our product, marketing processes, ways of selling before you start.
We have a pretty solid plan for you, and our expectations for your journey at Monsido, will look something like this:
- Lead a current team of 20 SDRs and significantly grow the size of the team this year
- Analyse different markets and verticals and create a plan to launch into each
- Maintain a fun and energised atmosphere where our team loves to come to work
- Build and manage a sales department of Sales Development Representatives
- Work across different timezones to work with cross-functional teams in Europe and Australia
- Coach and train your team to achieve booking and conversion numbers
- Build forecasts and yearly plans and execute on them
- Grow your team through personal development
- Promote your individuals and get them ready to move into dedicated sales roles

- You have a track record of success managing to a forecast, pipeline and consistent achievement of KPIs
- You have experience building a team, and can demonstrate recruiting and keeping top talent
- You understand people and dedicate your time to grow your team to be the best they can be
- You have the ability to work in a cross-functional matrixed organisation with ease, leadership, peers and subordinates
- You have strong negotiation skills
- You show clear and concise written communication skills (emails, proposals, etc.), showing mastery of material, concepts and the ability to articulate the key point(s) without ambiguity
- You have experience in tech, ideally SaaS, sales environment where you and your team have consistently exceeded expectations
