IT Developer eager to learn new skills
Do you like developing solutions together with the users? And does working with highly skilled colleagues in a fun and vibrant development department sound attractive? Then you might be on you way to a great job in Topdanmark.
What is it all about?
You will join one of the teams developing our best in class Customer Relationship Managment (CRM) systems . The team is responsible for the customer portal called TopKlar and Kundeoverblik. This is a business crucial overview of our customers that approx. 1000 colleagues depend on every day when delivering outstanding customer service. Topklar/Kundeoverblik is closely connected to our sales pipeline system (salesforce), our customer contact routing system (Genesys/Verint) and our digital archives. Together with the agile scrum team you will maintain and further develop the systems.
The systems and services are primarily written inJava and to a lesser degree C#. You must be a skilled object oriented system developer with good understanding of service design and integrations. Most of our services are restful and we use WSO2 to facilitate our APIs. We are moving all our systems to a Continuous Delivery-platform so it is an advantage if you a familiar with the DevOps-philosophy too.
Some of the really cool stuff:
· You will be working with loads of different profiles including developers, colleagues from the business, Genesys and salesforce developers and many more.
· You will be working on the top prioritized assignment in Topdanmark
· You will be experimenting and prototyping along the way
· You will be invited to Techtalks and get exposed to IOT, ML/AI, Cloud, Robotics, Datalake at hands on workshops.
· You will join a department with one of the highest job satisfaction levels in Topdanmark.
The nice-to-have skills:
On top from the above-mentioned there are some nice-to-have skills like knowledge about insurance, pension, CRM, salesforce, design and UI’s as well as experience with working agile scrum team. However, don’t sweat! These are just nice-to-haves.
