Join our mission to help more people achieve healthy skin
LEO Pharma is a global healthcare company founded in 1908. We are specialised in skin diseases and our mission is to help people achieve healthy skin. With the aspiration of being the world’s preferred dermatology care partner, we are building one of the broadest portfolios and pipelines within dermatology through research, acquisitions and partnering.
We are 100% owned by the LEO Foundation. Our foundation ownership gives us the freedom to reinvest our profits in developing new solutions that meet the needs of people with skin diseases.
Become Policies and Procedures Champion in LEO Pharma’s global function
You will become part of Global Compliance & Risk, which covers Code of Conduct, Anti-Corruption, Healthcare Compliance, Compliance Investigations, Risk Management, Crisis Management, Third Party Compliance, etc.
You will be responsible for creating and maintaining:
Framework for non-GxP policies and procedures. This includes establishing and implementing the governance and overall principles, defining the processes and mandates within document management system, taking on gatekeeper role for global non-GxP documents, driving simplification through enforcing one-pagers, etc. Your role will also include defining the roadmap and successful execution of it in alignment with your stakeholders – hence your project management competencies are the key.
Clean-up of the current non-GxP policies and procedures. You will perform an analysis of documents missing and outdated, and will act towards implementing necessary changes. For this task you will use data analysis and project planning planning/execution, as many of the deliverables would be depending on your stakeholders. As the result, you are good in analysing data in Excel and corporate systems.
Document Management System support for non-GxP policies and procedures, including assessment and development of necessary functionalities in alignment with IT and Global Quality stakeholders, alongside governance in decision-making. For strategic documents you will advise document owners on the process from idea to policy being distributed to employees.
Writing and review, ensuring principles are being enforced and stakeholders are being guided throughout the process.
Monitoring and Oversight of making sure stakeholders (up to leadership) are updated on the current status and developments within non-GxP policies and procedures.
Strong compliant, value-adding and cutting complexity decision-making
You will be based at the LEO Pharma Headquarters in Ballerup, Denmark, with expected travel of around 20 days a year (could be more or fewer in the beginning). You will report to Director of Global Compliance & Risk Business Partnering.
You are excellent in managing stakeholders, collaboration, as well as able to communicate at all levels, including upper Leadership. You are fluent in English, while speaking other languages is always an advantage in multicultural environment. Your educational background preferably includes Master’s degree in either Science or Business Administration, or similar. You also have experience in project and change management.
You drive results, and work independently and interdependently when such is required. You prefer involving your stakeholders in co-creation, and share ownership, failures and successes together. Integrity, adaptability and curiosity are not mere words, but something you live and breathe on a daily basis. As your responsibilities will be broad and your stakeholder group large, you can keep the grand overview as well as staying attentive to details when there is a lot on your plate.
You have a well-developed cultural flair, and are seasoned in building and maintaining productive partnerships across borders and functions. You transmit your personal enthusiasm to people around you to ensure deliverables according to plans and deadlines. And as a true team player you are aware of the potential that lies in a group who share a common will to fight, laugh, win and celebrate as a team.
Open doors and open minds
In Global Compliance & Risk you will join a team of highly dedicated people who share the common understanding that helping each other is key to succeeding in our daily work. Our ambition is to create value for our colleagues globally by continuously developing smarter tools, processes and systems that can support an attractive, productive, engaging and compliant workplace.
