LEO Pharma is on an exciting journey – also when it comes to creating the workplace of tomorrow. We are seeking a Workplace Manager to take the lead in shaping the LEO Pharma’s work environment of tomorrow, and together with our Facility Management team bring our spaces to life.
The job:
As Workplace Manager in Global Facility Management you will be part of our global team responsible for controlling and operating all facility services at LEO Pharma. Working alongside employees at every level and every department virtually every day, you will focus on setting the strategy for our building portfolio, handling and solving space requests and constraints and provide a world class support to the LEO Pharma organization.
With your knowledge and modern Workplace Management experience you will support new ways of working, high utilization of space with respect for both our historic values and our future business model.
Recently impacted from the Covid19 situation our daily work life has changed. We need to think out of the box, and one of your first tasks will be to focus on how we can adapt our office workplaces to a new way of working.
In addition, your tasks will include:
Solving space requests & constraints, supporting a high engagement and collaboration Ensuring a high and competitive utilization of space in all our office buildings Create business cases for management approval on how to adapt building structure to current needs, looking 1-3 years ahead Asset data management to maintain a high level on data validity for all global assets Project management of minor office rebuilds Introducing technology (IoT) to support a more efficient operation of buildings, on all service types
Your qualifications:
Track record of workplace/facilities management experience Degree qualified (building constructor, architect, engineer or similar) Experience with contract management, customer service, administrative & financial control Proficient with Project Management and IT Experienced user of DALUX or a similar FM Asset system Must be fluent in both Danish and English speaking and writing.
You are self-driven, creative, involving and proactive by nature. As a team-player with strong co-operation skills, you communicate easily and effectively with stakeholders at all levels in a positive, motivating and engaging manner. You have an analytical mindset, and you constantly aim to improve efficiency of your services, while delivering innovative solutions to our workplace operations ensuring it is a great place to work.
You are comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and you bring enthusiasm and dedication to the job. Most importantly you appreciate an unformal and positive atmosphere, where humor is a natural spice to our professionalism.
Your new team
You will be part of a highly dedicated team (36 on a global scale – 17 in Ballerup where the role is based). Being global you must expect 5-10 travel days a year primarily to Ireland, France and Italy.
