If you are a people manager today with solid experience of clinical drug development and of driving clinical investigation process optimisations, you are the perfect match! You will join LEO Pharma at one of the most exciting periods in the company’s history, and you can look forward to having significant influence and impact on your own role as well as the overall direction for the Clinical Processes Management function.
As Head of Clinical Processes Management you will lead a team counting 8-10 clinical process managers, who are all based at LEO Pharma’s headquarters in Ballerup, Greater Copenhagen.
Your primary tasks will be to:

You are an experienced people manager with a degree in natural or life science like Pharmacy or similar. Ideally you have at least 10 years’ hands-on working experience within the clinical drug development discipline. Further, you are able to demonstrate solid experience in driving and implementing process optimisations within R&D in the pharmaceutical industry.

About the job – delivering high quality clinical processes
As Head of Clinical Processes Management you will lead a team counting 8-10 clinical process managers, who are all based at LEO Pharma’s headquarters in Ballerup, Greater Copenhagen.
Your primary tasks will be to:
- Deliver clinical investigation process optimisations in close collaboration with line of business with focus on compliance, efficiency and performance monitoring
- Ensure state-of-the art training of all roles involved in clinical investigation processes
- Deliver GCP compliance support to Global Clinical Operations by day-2-day advice & input to audits and inspections
- Deliver quality monitoring and input to QMR in collaboration with the Quality Assurance business partner
- Lead, motivate, develop, coach and support the Clinical Process Management team as a group and employees individually in a positive and inspiring way
- Nurture a team culture of mutual trust, cooperation and common drive for results
- Ensure that Clinical Process Management facilitates and supports the overall strategy for Global Clinical Operations
