GN Group, is looking for an ambitious student help with a passion for business ethics compliance, i.e. third-party due diligence, compliance training and other ad hoc compliance related tasks. We offer an exciting opportunity to become part of a small ambitious team with dedicated colleagues, all with various backgrounds and a passion for supporting our businesses, and help them grow, in the right way. The work environment is informal, yet often intense and subject to tight deadlines necessitating a flexible attitude towards working hours in peak periods (flexibility in exam periods).
The job is expected to be 15 hours per week. You will join our Copenhagen headquarters and report to Head of Group Risk and Compliance, Heine Husted Hansen.

The position offers a unique opportunity to impact controls and support functions in GN Groups Risk and Compliance team, working closely with mainly our compliance officer and existing student assistant to help implementing and managing GN’s third-party due diligence process throughout the organization. On the Risk and Compliance team, you will join a department responsible for supporting the business units in their work to safeguard the company and ensure compliance with international laws and standards, a very dynamic area, where the job is never really done.
Your role will revolve around:
To a lesser degree, you may also be requested to provide support to our Risk and Sustainability officers when needed.

- all aspects of third-party due diligence processes throughout the organization
- maintaining various compliance systems and controls
- managing compliance training programs
- solving ad hoc admin tasks upon request

- at least 2 years of a relevant bachelor studies, meaning you are on your last year of the bachelor or just starting your master’s degree
- a study in economics, business law or finance, but not limited to that. We encourage anyone with an interest in compliance to apply
- fluency in English, both in writing and speaking is required. Fluency in Danish is an advantage. Additional languages are beneficial.
- good knowledge of MS Office tools: PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
