Do you have knowledge about product registration in the medical device industry? And don’t you just love it when things are organized and complex paperwork checks out because of your outstanding coordination skills?
Then you should join us to use those skills to make sure our advanced hearing aids can help make life sound better for people across the world. As our new homologation & product assistant, you will join a brand-new team to ensure that we have the approvals and documentation we need to sell our products at our global markets.

Through its ReSound, Beltone and Intertone brands, GN Hearing provides top of class hearing aid solutions. In Global Distributor Sales, we sell our solutions through local distributors in over 80 countries. And to do so, we need to ensure that every single product follows market-specific legislation.
Coordinate vital documentation processes
Teaming up with our homologation specialist, you are responsible for ensuring that we have the necessary approvals and documentation from official agencies to prove that our products meet regulatory standards and specifications.
You will handle requests for documentation from our distributors and regional directors. And as soon as a task lands on your desk, you will be responsible for coordinating the end-to-end process of approving a newly launched product for a specific market. Doing so, you will:
Welcome to a commercial product team
Joining Global Distributor Sales (GDS) at our HQ in Ballerup, Denmark, you will join the newly established Product team of 6 where we have united all GDS functions surrounding our products. This way, we are better suited to help each other out, and you will always have a good sense of what is new and what product launches you will be involved in next.
“Operating in a sales organization in the highly regulated medical device industry, you will experience a high-speed atmosphere and notice that your work is extremely important and highly valued. I also imagine that we will need your support in strategic projects in the Product team if you’re up for it,” says Mariana.
Excellent coordination and communication skills
Ideally, you have experience with handling homologation processes and quality systems within the medical device industry. As a minimum, you have good experience from an administrative role with customer contact. Either way, you:

- Assess specific requirements for the country in question with help from the customer in the specific country
- Collaborate closely with Regulatory Affairs providing you with all product documentation
- Take care of all contact with official agencies and consulates and ensure that we get the right stamps and approvals
- Collaborate with Marketing to ensure that text material, such as user guides, are translated for the specific market
- Gather, organize and update submission documentation in our system
- Renew or add to existing product registration approvals
- Provide Customer Care, regional managers and distributors with the necessary documentation before product launch and upon request

- Are highly structured, organized and detailed oriented and know how to handle multiple documents and coordinate activities
- Have good experience with customer service meaning it comes natural to you to reach out and talk to internal and external stakeholders to make all ends meet
- Communicate effortlessly in English in both speech and writing
