Are you an experienced PMO within Digital Transformation? Are you visionary, analytical and possess the ability of managing and handling multiple demands and stakeholder engagement? Tasks & responsibilities: You will…
… be overall responsible for managing the Transformation Roadmap including business alignment on incoming projects and resource management. You will be responsible for defining, planning, developing and driving Digital Transformation in close collaboration with other department leaders.
Reporting to the VP of QHSE & IT, you will be responsible for planning project management, defining priorities and tasks and assigning team members to various deliverables.
You will also be responsible for:
Analysing and providing project budgets, risks and resources allocation Overseeing the development of the project and ensuring that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently while upholding the company’s standards Ensuring business alignment on incoming projects Securing resource management Preparing and facilitating governance meetings Defining and refining the governance model
Skills & experience: Our new colleague…
… has 10+ years of work experience within the industry and as PMO. The role as PMO Digital Transformation requires that you possess excellent interpersonal skills and are able to counsel and challenge senior management. Our new colleague is a strong communicator and decision maker with an overall team player attitude.
We expect that you:
Hold a master’s degree in Business and Project Management or similar education Is open-minded and possess the ability to act in a dynamic work environment Have solid business acumen and business process understanding Have outstanding language skills in English, both verbal and in writing Have leadership skills and drive to create high performing teams
