GN Group is looking for an ambitious master student with strong drive, who has an interest in talent development and the ability to assist on structuring
employee development in the M&A and Strategic Projects Department.
Furthermore, the candidate will be in charge of administrative tasks related to the daily operations of the department. We expect a hard working team player that is detail and solution oriented with strong communication skills.
Role and responsibilities
The new student assistant will take assist on development projects of
employees in our department, supported by the team and HR, as well as
provide support on general administrative and ad-hoc tasks. The main areas of responsibility will cover:
The position is based in our Copenhagen headquarter and you will report to the Head of M&A and Strategic Projects, Christian Andersen. Expected weekly hours are 15-25 (flexibility in exam-periods).

- Assisting on outline of a talent development program for a team of seven people in M&A and Strategic Projects
- Setting up internal and external training
- Assisting on administrative tasks including, arranging travels and doing expense reporting
- Support on various ad-hoc tasks, including presentation layout, e.g. power point
- Arranging team events
- Assisting on recruitments
The position is based in our Copenhagen headquarter and you will report to the Head of M&A and Strategic Projects, Christian Andersen. Expected weekly hours are 15-25 (flexibility in exam-periods).
Qualifications
- Recently started a masters-degree in cand.merc.psyk, cand.merc.hrm, cand.merc.sol or similar, with an ambitious mindset and good work ethics
- Experience is not required
- Natural networker that work well with different stakeholders across the organization
- Fluent in Danish and English – spoken and written
