Ambu Management Secretary is responsible for the execution of the executive top management team (CEO & CFO). We are looking for a Management Associate that together with the team will have the overall responsible for serving the executive management team. You will work out of our headquarter in Ballerup.
The tasks will vary from creating strategic PowerPoint presentation material, making financial analysis in Excel and solving daily tasks important for the executive management team. You can be a newly graduate with experience from a relevant student job or you can have worked a few years in a relevant full-time position. You will as a Management Associate play a key role in executing our strategy.

Your responsibilities
- Engage and collaborate effectively with the executive management team (CEO & CFO)
- Drive strategic projects and analysis within specific areas including problem identification, problem solving and recommendation
- Advise and provide execution support to the CEO and executive management team
- Contribute to identifying key business issues, risks, and opportunities and recommending solutions, options, and multi-stage action plans, including analysis of contingencies, implications, and alternative scenarios
- Prepare PowerPoint and/or present the material for the executive management team
- Project participation from defining the problem to execution
- Assisting the CEO, as requested in developing and implementing business objectives
- Developing CEO communication materials e.g. board presentations (incl. gather required data and conduct analysis)
Understanding the business strategy
Ideal qualifications:
- Master’s degree with preferred strategy, finance, economics with top 10% GPA
- 0-2 years of relevant experience from either a student job or a full-time position
- Demonstrated analytical skills, and highly developed Microsoft skills (Excel and PowerPoint)
- Numerical and problem-solving skills i.e. employ a structure approach
- Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills and modelling in Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communications, i.e. deliver a structured and simple message
- Proactive, humble and ambitious attitude – and a team player
- Thrive in a dynamic, changing and fast-paced environment through efficiency and prioritization
- Fluency in English
