Broad responsibility from road map, design and architecture to vendor management


Your overall objective is to help us utilize Access Management in way that is logical to the business, easy to work with and with maximum control over licenses. As our S&A Consultant for Access Management including role definition and design you will ensure appropriate use of design principles, standards, methods and tools – with focus on cross-organisational harmonization and standardization. Right now, we are implementing SAP cloud, and you will play a key role in this operation. Your tasks include:

  • Contribute to road map for Access Management across the global organization
  • Maintain architectural integrity of solution architecture within S&A and Access Management
  • Provide architecture, design, approval and validation advice and guidelines
  • Secure correct solution documentation artefacts updates and inspection readiness of solutions
  • Manage collaboration with external vendors
  • Train and mentor colleagues in various support teams

A vital part of your road to success will depend on your ability to engage and collaborate with colleagues in both IT functions (e.g. Solution Architects and Service Delivery Managers) and in the business units you support. As part of this, you must be able to communicate difficult technical design and architecture to those without your own expertise – with respect, a pragmatic attitude and some patience when necessary.

Good communicator with 5+ years’ experience within Access Management


We are looking for a profile that thrives in a role with great independency in a rapidly transforming company. You will own your job tasks and procedures insuring deliverables in time and quality. We trust you to be our technical expert guide that brings in recommendations based on data and logical arguments. As part of a service unit you must also like to help other people in customer-oriented way. Additionally, you must like to share knowledge and contribute to our shared development as a team – being a good team player. Additionally, your CV comprises:

  • An IT-oriented education
  • 5+ years’ experience within Access Management / S&A including vendor management
  • SAP and cloud experience
  • Experience from agile and Lean environments
  • GAMP5 certification – or motivation for acquiring one fast
  • Experience and/or motivation for working in a highly regulated industry (GxP)
  • Good English skills, written and spoken

Your new team


You will join a newly established Infrastructure & Operations Delivery team at the LEO Pharma HQ in Ballerup, Copenhagen. Within the Access Management area we are a small group of persons which work independently but interacting with each other when needed. We work with trust and delegation principles ensuring harmony and good collaboration.
