Are you a strong Regulatory Affairs profile who would enjoy stepping into a central HQ position and take up an important role in ensuring a smooth and efficient market access?
Join the heart of Regulatory Affairs and shape the next steps on an exciting journey
At GN, they provide the world with intelligent audio solutions that let you hear more, do more and be more than you ever thought possible. They are on an exciting journey and lots of interesting activities are going on at this very moment. Earlier this year they established a new department, Regulatory & Compliance, that is placed under Corporate Quality.
Due to increased activity, they are now looking for a new RA Representative to strengthen the existing RA team of five other colleagues.
Drive and teach efficient regulatory compliance
As a RA Representative, your goal is to prepare and implement product regulatory strategies and support an efficient release of products across GN Hearing. Doing so, you will provide valuable support and guidance to colleagues across their markets and make sure that products gain the necessary approvals to ensure timely market access across e. g. the EU, the US and Asia.
You will participate in development projects and programs as the RA subject matter expert. The projects can take the form of New Product Development or adjustments/alterations of existing products.
Experienced Regulatory Affairs profile with high ambitions
GN Hearing is on an exciting transformation moving from primarily being technical/R&D – driven towards a future, where new products are being developed with a stronger market/customer centric vantage point.
In Regulatory Affairs, you will join a team of professionals and specialists who have a great passion for what they do. The newly established Regulatory & Compliance team has extremely high ambitions to support the strategic transformation that entails an intensified focus on pursuing quality excellence. In this position, you will have an immense impact on how regulatory compliance and overall quality is approached in the future.
GN Hearing is looking for a skilled and experienced RA profile with the necessary experience from working with medical devices and electronics, who is ready for the challenge of working in this changing environment.
It is expected that you bring minimum 2 years of experience from a similar position. You hold an education within natural science, engineering or another relevant scientific field at Bachelor or Master level. The most important qualification though is experience in driving the regulatory processes competently. You, of course, have experience in working with the relevant medical device standards, guidelines, and regulations. As a person, you have strong stakeholder management skills and thrive at being in charge and setting the agenda and thus being a valuable partner for the organisation in all RA related matters.
