Our process transformation journey

At GN Audio we strive to be at the front of the innovation game – providing our customers with products and experiences that are first, best, or only. We are competing in fast paced and ever-changing markets and our product development projects need to be able to cope with this.

As one of the first companies in the world we are working in a cross-functional setup throughout all our projects using the Half Double methodology as the foundation for our product development process – at GN Audio we call this the IMPACT Model. This journey started a couple of years back and we are becoming truly operational in this work-mode. At the same time, we are dramatically expanding our business and therefore need people with a hands-on coaching mindset and experience to support our project teams on this journey.

This is where you come into the picture.

Help us get from good to great and create IMPACT in the market

As our new project team coach, you will be the main responsible for training and coaching all our project teams in the IMPACT ways of working. In close collaboration with the rest of the process management team, you will be responsible for educating and enabling our teams to succeed, implementing best practices, and increasing project team performance at all levels of the project organization. You succeed by enabling others to succeed.

Specifically, you will:

  • Facilitate, maintain, and continuously improve the onboarding of new employees at all levels of the project organization

  • Train and coach teams when starting new projects, this includes training new team members in the hands-on methods we apply and coaching experienced team members enabling them to elevate their team performance

  • Coach teams throughout the project life cycle with the aim to improve collaboration, project IMPACT and team performance 

  • Mature process tools to ensure a solid foundation for having a uniform way of working across the whole business

  • Adjust coaching and training efforts based on the business and project needs – change is not linear, and the goal is to get to the finish line, how we get there must therefor be adapted along the way


Who are we looking for?

When stepping into this role you will become one of the faces of the IMPACT Model. That means you must be comfortable being a central role in the organization, being the one people reach out to for help and assistance on all matters concerning the process, facilitation, teamwork, stakeholder management etc. You will be acting as coach for many different teams, each with individual levels of experience, challenges and strengths and you must be able to meet them where they are, working with them as teams and as individuals.

We expect that you:

  • Have 5+ years of coaching experience

  • Are motivated to work with and coach people and teams

  • Can plan and structure your own work based on project and business needs

  • Have project management experience, preferably in midsize or large organization settings

  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills


It is an advantage if you have experience using the Half Double methodologies, especially from a project manager or consultant role.
