Join us in a role that will give you broad exposure and insight into our business across geographic regions and market dynamics. As our new Manager, you will play a key role in managing a portfolio of investments adding up to over a billion DKK (Financial Support Arrangements “FSA”).
Leading major technology shifts with intelligent audio solutions
At GN Group, we design and produce hearing aids that let our end users hear more, do more and be more than ever thought possible. Joining our HQ in Ballerup, Denmark, you will become part of a newly established department, that focuses on strategic investments in the hearing aid industry.

Step into an international role
On a day-to-day basis, you will be in contact with colleagues from across our business – including Finance, Legal, Tax, Treasury, M&A as well as our commercial sales teams and senior management. You will play a key role in optimizing our framework for investments as well as communicating and aligning best practices across the business.
Splitting your time between diving into the strategic work on specific business cases and working with long-term planning of future investments, you will:
As this is a global function with a lot of activities in e.g. the US, international travel will be an opportunity.
Ambitious and energetic finance professional
We are looking for a teammate who is not afraid to take up the reins on new projects while at the same time always being open to guidance and input from e.g. senior colleagues. - Analyze and assess global investment opportunities
- Drive key FSA related projects
- Communicate with our stakeholders and make presentations to management
- Participate in the strategic development and planning of future investments
- Ensure alignment across departments
- Define and optimize frameworks and templates to ensure best practice
As this is a global function with a lot of activities in e.g. the US, international travel will be an opportunity.

- You have 3-6 years of experience, preferably from a position in M&A, financial consulting, or similar
- You hold a master’s degree in finance or economics
- You pay attention to details, and you take pride in delivering high quality work
- You are an expert user of Excel and PowerPoint
- You speak and write English fluently
