As our new quality coordinator, you will join the Customer Quality Intelligence (CQI) team in Corporate Quality at our HQ in Ballerup. This diverse team currently consists of 10 skilled, dedicated and experienced people who ensure that our products live up to the highest quality standards.
Gain a central role as our detailed coordinator
Organization, coordination and attention to processes and details are key elements in your new position as quality coordinator. You plan, coordinate and follow up on meetings, cases, projects and requests and make sure that everything runs smoothly in the office.
In this role, you are the one with the great overview who always know the status of quality cases and how and when to pull info out of otherwise busy people.
Specific tasks include:

Organized, detail-oriented and good people skills
Working cross-functions in this position, you will need your great ability to work with a wide range of people, from R&D to Production and Quality teams in the local markets. Moreover, your amazing organization skills combined with your keen eye for details ensures you are always one step ahead, and you maintain the helicopter view on all administrative things related to our department.
You read situations and people well, and you know when to put on your diplomatic face in pressing circumstances – and likewise, you know when to demand a little more action and feedback from your colleagues.

- Updating and issuing regular quality reports (KPIs)
- Maintaining overview and reporting status of open cases (CAPA, escalated complaints, etc).
- Processing quality data and case categorization (complaints etc.)
- Capturing new requests/escalations (e.g. global CAPA cases)
- Organizing meetings, coordinating and preparing materials as well as taking minutes
- Managing relevant training records, ensuring approval and archiving

- Have good communications skills and are able to communicate clearly in a respectful and motivating way both verbally and in writing (English)
- Have 3-5 years of experience working in a similar position
- Have a flair for IT systems and data processing (e.g. Excel)
- Are self-driven and able to work independently
