Your new team is called Global Strategic Alliances. Four of us are located in Ballerup, and globally, you will have approximately double that number of colleagues spread out across our regions. We are a highly professional and diverse team who knows the industry and business extremely well.
Our finest task is to uncover what future IT trends Jabra needs to tap into – and plan accordingly. Our recommendations are often presented to C-level management, and our area of expertise is highly prioritized within Jabra. The two primary use cases we are looking to develop are Prosumers and Active users, so we prefer that you have knowledge on and relevant experience with these two areas.
Half data and analytics – half meetings and presentations
As our new associate strategic alliance manager, you will be dividing your time roughly in two. Half of the time, you will be digging deep into market data and analyses to lay the groundwork that we base decisions on future products on.
The other half of your role will consist of trendspotting, doing presentations and participating in meetings, both internally with team members, but also with our biggest, global partners, such as Amazon and Google. Since our global partners are located primarily in the US and in Asia, it is paramount that you can and will participate in meetings at odd hours.
Concrete tasks include:

Strong analytical abilities and great interpersonal skills
With your strong commercial and financial acumen, analytical skills and data-driven mindset, you know how to translate data into business decisions and development. You also have no issue presenting findings to partners and C-level management, and you read people and situations like a pro.
Being strong within stakeholder relations and stakeholder management, you are ready to build and maintain relationships from day one.

- Building and maintaining account plans and operational plans for existing partners
- Participating in partner management activities (including business development, road map alignment, innovation input)
- Providing input for monthly business reviews and strategy work (analyze potential partners, analyze market data, collect and evaluate insights)

- Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree with top 10% results in e.g. business, engineering, economics or finance
- Bring at least 1 year of experience within management consulting or an internal strategy function or at least 2 years of experience with business management, product management, partner management or similar
- Have proven experience with market research, sizing and modelling
- Are fluent in English
- Have strong competencies in Excel and PowerPoint
- Are flexible when it comes to working hours – just as we are
