As a Senior Global Pricing and Market Access Manager in the Strategic Pricing team, you will be responsible for the assessment of price and access potential of business development opportunities and driving pricing strategy development in partnership with market access teams for select pipeline assets.
This position will provide you with the opportunity to demonstrate the added value of LEO Pharma's solutions to patients suffering from skin diseases and put dermatology on the agenda of payers across the globe.

As a Senior Global Pricing and Market Access Manager in the Strategic Pricing team, you will be responsible for the assessment of price and access potential of business development opportunities and driving pricing strategy development in partnership with market access teams for select pipeline assets.
This position will provide you with the opportunity to demonstrate the added value of LEO Pharma's solutions to patients suffering from skin diseases and put dermatology on the agenda of payers across the globe.
Your key areas of responsibility will be to:
- Deliver pricing, market access and HEOR input to in-licensing opportunities in collaboration with relevant stakeholders and select affiliates
- Plan, drive, and execute pricing, market access and HEOR activities, deliverables, and payer intelligence work to support commercial assessments of early and late stage licensing/acquisitions
- Drive analysis and implementation of value optimizing pricing strategies for select pipeline assets in partnership with the market access teams
- Develop and maintain pricing overview of select in line brands including relevant competitor pricing and contracting information
- Deliver high-quality analysis and recommendation to management for list and net price change requests from affiliates for select in line brands
- Undertake and lead payer advisory boards and payer researches to inform input to development of pricing and access strategies
- Support/challenge affiliates with price evolution assumptions as part of mid/long-term financial planning
- Deliver ad hoc pricing analyses and projects as needed
Qualifications and experience
As a Senior Global Pricing and Market Access manager you have strong analytical skills, a creative mind-set and ability to multi-task with several projects at the same time. In addition, we expect you to have:
- Masters in Economics, Business Administration, Int. Management, Health Economics, Pharmacy, Public Health, or similar degree
- A strong strategic mindset and good business acumen
- A minimum of 7 years market access experience working in the pharmaceutical industry or related consultancy services with knowledge and understanding of the drug development process
- Solid experience within pharmaceutical pricing, having demonstrated price optimization and successful implementation of pricing strategies
- Experience in pricing and access opportunity assessment of in-licensing opportunities and a track record
- Experience working in and managing stakeholders in cross-functional teams, including excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Planning skills and an ‘execution mindset’ to ensure that projects meet deadlines and that they satisfy the high quality demands in a dynamic environment
- Fluency in English both written and spoken
