LEO Pharma has embarked on a very ambitious journey to become the world’s preferred dermatology care partner – and that is why we need you. You will navigate and help us build our process landscape by constantly seeking to improve our operational efforts, compliance and user experience.
In the Global People Digital Centre of Excellence, we are constantly working on increasing best-in-class user experience for employees, managers and our colleagues in Global People. Working in LEO will provide you with the opportunity to make a significant difference for people with serious skin diseases all over the world.
The job
As an HR Senior Process Owner you will work closely with our operations team, HRIS Process owners and HR management to ensure we operate under the most efficient HR processes. In addition you will also engage with other business areas to ensure roadmap of projects, enhancements and new technologies. You can expect as a minimum to focus on the following tasks:
- Responsible for process design, improvement and documentation and training.
- Accountable for implementation of process changes within the process scope, responsible for identifying topics for cross-process alignment
- Identify improvement opportunities and to drive continuous improvement, optimization and automation of process
- Work in close collaboration with the cross functional stakeholders to organize relevant meetings or workshops related to process design, improvement and documentation
- Support transformation and transition towards the newly established LEO Shared service centre in Gdansk
- Participate actively in the roll out of our Global HRIS systems
Your qualifications
- Master's degree in business administration, economics or IT
- +7 years of experience in the field of HR/HRIS/IT
- Proven knowledge of core HR business processes, systems
- Ability to work independently, organized and rigorous
- Preferably experience with HR transformation and transition
- Strong command of English, written and spoken – any other language is a plus
In addition we require a person that has good sense of humor, can navigate ambiguity and likes to challenge and be challenged by stakeholders across the organization.
